Yes. Combi offers a limited 1-year warranty on our products for the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions. To view the details of our warranty, please go to the Customer Care section of our website, select Quality and Safety, and then select Warranty.
The consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Replacement parts for our products are available only through Combi. Call the Customer Relations Department at 1-800-992-6624. You will need to have your model number and serial number or manufacture date available.
To obtain a copy of an instruction manual, visit the Customer Care section of our website, click on Instruction Manuals, and you will be able to view or download instructions for your model. If you prefer, for a small charge you can order them from our Customer Relations Department toll-free at 1-800-992-6624. Please have the model number and serial number of the product available.
